Zombies can tell they’re dead from the way their hair grows. They can fake their heart beat but it still feels fake to me no matter how hard they try to lie and say they’re alive. And most if not all of the female and male staff in the NHS are dead. Their logic is that if this is all on TV then it means they’re dead. Dan told me he must be dead if this is all a show.
